Why Aren't All of My Ordered Photo Sheets in the Same Envelope?

When you order multiple photo sheets or multiple passport photos at once, we generally send them in one envelope.

However, there are times when the sheets may stick together due to static electricity, creating the impression that one of the sheets is missing. We advise that you double-check and carefully separate the sheets if necessary.

In rare cases, we may have accidentally sent the sheets in separate envelopes. If this happens, they will arrive separately, either on the same day or on different days.

Please note that we always strive to package and ship all of your photo sheets together in one envelope to minimize the risk of any confusion or loss during shipment.
