It took it a while for our picture to get accepted (it's an automated online pop up) but I'd rather spend more time trying different photos with differentent lightings than get the photo rejected by the embassy! My first set of pictures got lost in the mail (during Coronavirus) and when I emailed I got a new one sent out the next day (and it came the next day) to England. Overall very happy"
