When You Still Need Prints

Despite the digital trend, many countries still require physical printed photos, especially for in-person applications. Even in countries that accept digital submissions, having printed copies as backup is recommended.

Print Quality Requirements

If you need printed passport photos, they must be printed on high-quality photo paper. Standard printer paper is never acceptable. The print should have a matte or semi-gloss finish without any visible pixels, lines, or color variations.
